Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate. Suitable for Vegetarians
All of our cakes are made with buttercream so we recommend that you keep them in the fridge. (Especially in hot weather, buttercream will melt very easily). Once you have cut your cake, if you have left over slices we recommend wrapping them in cling film, or storing them in an airtight container to prevent the cake from drying out. (Especially the gluten-free cake this can dry out a lot quicker than regular cake).
Please Note that all of our products are made in the same kitchen where: MILK, DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT (GLUTEN), NUTS, TREE NUTS, SOYA, BARLEY, PEANUTS, SULPHITES are used. We take all necessary precautions to keep products separate and eliminate the possibility of cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee there will not be traces of these allergens in our products.

Our Gluten free products are not suitable for coeliacs due to handling gluten in our small kitchen and we recognise that trace amounts can have a huge effect on people with coeliac disease.
